Add eggs and sugar in bowl whisk together then set aside.
Heat a medium saucepan of milk over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt. Begin to add your egg and sugar mixture. Whisk until you get a thick consistency.
Remove saucepan from stove. Allow mixture to cool in refrigerator or place in freezer to cool quicker (Be sure not to accidentally freeze the mixture).
After mixture has cooled place in ice maker to churn.
Around the ice cream container, place your salt rock and ice and churn for 30-45 minutes.
